RMarkdown is a powerful tool that allows you to directly integrate your R code within reports that your write. Whether it’s a PDF, HTML, slideshow, or Microsoft Word document, RMarkdown allows you to include code, output, and graphs together with your writeups. In this workshop, we’ll go over the basic syntax of R Markdown files and how to create your own customizable reports.
