Event Information
Where is the event located?
The RISE AI Conference will be held October 2025, at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN. Many of the presentations and events during the conference will take place in McKenna Hall.
How do I get to Notre Dame, Indiana?
Travel information, including flights into the South Bend International Airport, can be found on the Travel & Logistics webpage of the conference website.
When is the event?
The RISE AI Conference will be held on October 6-8, 2025.
How can my company/organization sponsor the RISE AI Conference?

Do I have to register to attend?
Registration is required for all attendees. Registration for the event will open in May, 2025.
Registered Attendees
Do I have to pay for parking at the event venue?
If you plan to park at the University, there is a visitor parking lot that requires payment on the south end of campus. (see the ND Parking Page here for more info).
Do you have a hotel room block?
A limited quantity of rooms will be reserved at area hotels. Information on these blocks is forthcoming. Please visit the Travel & Logistics webpage for updated information.
Conference Costs
How much does the conference cost?
Registration for the event will be available before May 1, 2025. The cost to attend will be based on University affiliation and on the time at which an attendee submits their registration request. More information will be available on the Registration webpage.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full* refund will be available to registrants who cancel prior to August 1. A 50% refund will be available until September 21. After September 21, no refund will be available.
*Please note that a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
Will the ticket pricing change?
Ticket pricing will increase closer to the event date. Conference pricing will include early registration (April 30-June 30), regular registration (July 1-September 5), and late registration (September 6-September 22). More information will be available on the Registration webpage.

Can I present my research at the RISE AI Conference?
We invite abstract submissions for research addressing interdisciplinary AI-driven solutions to societal challenges. Accepted abstracts may be selected for oral presentations, poster sessions, and/or invited to submit a longer paper for possible inclusion in an edited book or journal proceedings.
Abstracts submitted to the first (priority) deadline of March 15 receive written feedback from the selection committee. New abstracts submitted to the second deadline of April 30 will receive full consideration but will not receive reviewer comments or have the opportunity to resubmit. What topics do you cover at the conference?
The RISE AI Conference provides a unique platform to explore how artificial intelligence can be harnessed to tackle complex societal and contemporary challenges while upholding the principles of Responsibility, Inclusion, Safety and Ethics (RISE).
Abstracts submitted to the priority deadline (March 15) will guide the thematic tracks, speakers, workshops, and discussions at the conference.
